Stripe Connect permissions

Recoup uses Stripe Connect OAuth. Stripe's OAuth flow only offers a read/write scope — we only call read APIs (payment intents) to build your failed-payment report. We never charge, refund, or move money on your account. You can revoke access any time from your Stripe Dashboard under Settings → Connect → Connected applications.
