These Terms govern your use of Recoup at https://recoup.llc (the "Service").

The Service

Recoup provides an estimate of revenue lost to failed Stripe payments based on data you authorize us to read through Stripe Connect. Reports are informational estimates only and are not financial, legal, or accounting advice.

Your responsibilities

• You must have authority to connect the Stripe account you authorize.
• You are responsible for complying with Stripe's terms when connecting.
• You will not misuse the Service or attempt to access other users' data.

No guarantees

Recovery estimates are approximations. Actual recoverable amounts may differ. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recoup is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
